Having spent around 25 years in the Middle East, he is exposed to business with various EPC and Oil Companies in the region. Has set-up and successfully run leading fabrication companies in Kuwait, Oman and UAE and managed multiple field construction and maintenance projects. Has extensive experience in managing multi-cultural workforce with clear vision and strategy, to succeed in business. He is customer-focused and commitment to customers is high on his agenda.

A Fabrication Engineer with over 30 years of leadership experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Heavy Engineering sectors, Rajiv Bhatt has completed the General Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad) and the Independent Directors Program from the World Directors Institute. He has successfully led large-scale manufacturing, fabrication, and EPC operations across India and the Middle East, delivering operational excellence, strategic growth, and customer value. Recognized for his visionary leadership, commercial acumen, and commitment to innovation, Rajiv plays a key role in advancing STS Clad's position as a trusted global partner for Pressure vessels, Process skids, Tanks, piping fabrication and corrosion-resistant cladding solutions.
